The Orillia Gun Club offers a wide variety of C.F.O. approved facilities to our members.
Action Range – A small range used for cowboy, IPSC or similar action shooting pursuits, the Action Range features various reactive metal and plastic targets.
Archery Range – A sight-in range allowing broadheads – also includes 3D Turkey, Deer and Wolf targets.
Club House – The Club House features full washroom facilities, kitchen and a large meeting area.
Indoor Handgun – A well lit, heated and ventilated 25 Yard Indoor Handgun/.22cal Rim Fire Rifle/Center Fire Rifle (Handgun Calibre Only) with 9 shooting lanes.
Outdoor 100 yard rifle/handgun – A multi shooting lane range with target stands and metal gongs at 25, 50 and 100 yard ranges.
Outdoor 200 yard rifle – A multi shooting lane range with target stands and a metal gong at 200 yards.
Outdoor 22 rimfire Benchrest – A multi lane range reserved for benchrest .22 rimfire shooting only.
Skeet – Field-1 is a regular Skeet field meeting NSSA standards for registered skeet shoots. Field-2 is a practice field allowing #9 shot only and with shooting allowed on Stations 1 thru 4 and 8 (low house only).
Sporting Clays – 8 stations set up in a wooded area with 3 more stands to be added shortly.
Sporting Clays 5 Stand – 5-Stand Sporting Clays consists of a covered shooting area that has five “stands” or stations to shoot from. There are 8 trap machines that throw targets including a “rabbit” target that bounces along the ground. The trap machines are located at various positions relative to the shooter to allow for many interesting target angles. Participants shoot in turn at each of the 5 “stands” or stations. Various combinations of targets are thrown from the traps. A round consists of 25 targets (5 targets from each station).
Trap – A regular Trap field set up for “Wobble Trap” and also 16 yard ATA style Trap.
